The Right Way

I've been a mom now for almost 12 years.  In that time I've read TONS of books and websites on parenting.  There's so much talk about how to discipline, to stop bad behavior, but not much talk about helping your kids develop the right behaviors.  So then I started trying to find blogs, websites and books on creating desired behaviors.  But there is so much information out there, much of it contradictory, that it is hard to decide which methods are best for your family.

I read a lot of blogs.  I love them, and in some strange way, I've come to love the women who write them.  I wish there was a way for me to meet them all in person.  Of all the books I've read, all the "specials" I've watched, and all the websites I've read (except for a few), I have found the most useful and meaningful information from these blogs that I read.

Most recently, it was this one.  How important it is that our children learn to work, and to appreciate the value of their blessings.  Love it.

I've thanked all of you women out there before, but just let me do it again.

Thank you.

My mom gave me her book last year for mother's day and I loved it! If you haven't read it yet, it is certainly one I recommend.
