Ward Christmas Party

We went to our Christmas party at the church. I still don't know very many people, and only the same few people say "hello", but it was nice. They showed a slide show of "functions" through the year, and I realized I need to go to more of them. It's hard because Russell's never home in the evening right now and by the time any event is happening I'm just ready for bed. What a bum.

Here are some highlights.

Pop, my dad, was laughing with Chandler.

Singing Christmas carols.

More Caroling

Gramma Nette, my mom, and Pop.

And here are a few of my cute kids for your viewing pleasure.

Merry Christmas to all!

It looks like lost of fun! I have been so busy this week I haven't read any blogs or posted on mine. I hope today or tomorrow to be able to take a breath and relax for the Holidays.
So interesting what your husband does. The arts are definatatly hard to make money in. My husband and I wrote, produced and filmed a childrens television show. We have worked, signed deals, had deals fall through, negotiated other deals, had them fall through. It has been an adaventure. It is s a tough industry.

Wow. Sounds like a lot of work, but if it goes through that would be great! So much fun! I assume the girls are in on it? Are you still working on it?

We had just finalized a deal with one major network but with the downturn in the economy they decided to not pick up any new content for now. We are negotiating with several other networks at the moment. We shall see. We have had a blast doing it and have learned so much and met a lot of great people.

That's awesome! Good luck with it. I'm really anxious to know where we'll be in a year. I don't like uncertainty, but I'm trying to have faith that we'll end up where we should.
